Note: Bay IPTV is a third-party app with its own one-off fee payable to the app developer. It is not included in your subscription. If you would rather avoid it, use IPTV Smarters Pro instead — it's free.
Copy the details exactly from the welcome email. Errors are nearly always caused by an extra space or a difference in capitalisation.
  1. Install Bay IPTV on the TV

Open the app store on the TV (Samsung Apps or LG Content Store) and search for Bay IPTV. Install and open the app.

  2. Note the MAC address

When the app opens it displays a MAC address (and on some versions a Device Key). Write it down exactly — you'll need it in the next step.

    Bay IPTV — step 2
  3. Go to the activation page

Open bayiptv.com in a browser on a PC or mobile. This is not done on the TV.

    Bay IPTV — step 3
  4. Enter the playlist

Enter the MAC address from the TV, paste in the M3U link from the welcome email, and save.

    Bay IPTV — step 4
  5. Activate the app

Bay IPTV is a third-party app with its own licence: Short free trial, then a one-off fee. This fee goes to the app developer and is not part of your subscription with us.

    Bay IPTV — step 5
  6. Restart the app

Close Bay IPTV completely on the TV and open it again. The channels now load automatically.
