MAG Portal — setup guide

What you need from the welcome email

Copy the details exactly from the welcome email. Errors are nearly always caused by an extra space or a difference in capitalisation.

  1. Open the settings

    Switch on the MAG box and go to Settings → System settings.

  2. Go to portals

    Choose Servers → Portals.

  3. Enter the portal URL

    Set Portal 1 name to Flash IPTV and paste the portal URL from the welcome email into Portal 1 URL.

  4. Send us the MAC address

    The MAC address is shown under System settings → Device info. Send it to us and we will unlock it for your portal.

  5. Restart

    Save and restart the box. The portal loads the channels automatically.
