1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and [[COMPANY_NAME]], registered in [[COMPANY_COUNTRY]] under number [[COMPANY_REG_NO]], with its registered office at [[COMPANY_ADDRESS]], trading as Flash IPTV Nordic. By creating an account, starting a free trial or purchasing a subscription, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms and are at least eighteen and legally able to contract.

If you do not accept them, do not use the service. These terms are supplemented by our Refund Policy, our Disclaimer and our Company Information page, each of which forms part of this agreement.

2. Description of the service

Flash IPTV Nordic provides technical access to streaming and middleware infrastructure: we supply account credentials, a playlist or portal address, and the server capacity needed to deliver a stream to a compatible player on your own device.

We are not a broadcaster. We do not own, produce, commission, schedule or edit any programming, we do not hold or grant broadcasting rights, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any channel, network, league or rights holder. Our Disclaimer sets out this position in full and forms part of these terms.

3. Accounts and credentials

An account is issued to one named customer for use within a single private household. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for every use made of them. Tell support immediately if you believe they have been compromised.

  • Credentials are for personal, private and non-commercial use only.
  • You may not share, lend, publish, sell, sublicense or transfer them to anyone outside your household.
  • You may not resell the service or offer access to it under any other brand.
  • Each plan permits a defined number of simultaneous connections, as stated at purchase; extra connections must be bought separately.

We monitor for patterns consistent with sharing and resale, such as concurrent use from many distinct networks or locations. Where such use is detected we may reset credentials, reduce the connection limit or suspend the account under section 9.

4. Subscriptions, prices and payment

Subscriptions are sold as fixed-term plans, paid in advance in a single payment. The current prices are:

PlanPrice
2 months€30
4 months€57
6 months€72
1 year€120

Prices are in euro and include any applicable VAT unless the pricing page states otherwise. Payments are collected by regulated third-party payment providers; we do not store or have access to your full card details. Your subscription starts once payment is confirmed and credentials have been issued. Prices may change from time to time, but a change never affects a subscription already paid for.

Renewal is manual. There is no automatic renewal. We hold no recurring payment mandate and will never charge you again without a new order placed by you. When a plan reaches its end date, access ends until you purchase a further term. We may send a courtesy reminder before expiry, but renewing in good time is your responsibility.

5. Free trial

We offer a free trial lasting twenty-four hours. No credit card is required and it does not convert into a paid subscription. Its purpose is to let you verify compatibility, stability and line-up before committing any money.

  • One trial per household, per device set and per payment identity.
  • Trials may not be chained or repeated by registering further email addresses.
  • Trial accounts may have a reduced connection limit or line-up.
  • We may refuse, shorten or withdraw a trial where we reasonably suspect abuse or automated registration.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service only for lawful, private viewing. In particular you must not:

  • redistribute, retransmit, rebroadcast, proxy or restream to anyone outside your household;
  • record or copy any stream for distribution, publication or sale;
  • exhibit any stream in public or in a commercial setting, including bars, hotels, offices, shops and rental accommodation;
  • circumvent or interfere with any security, authentication, geographic or connection-limit control;
  • use scripts, scrapers or bots against our servers, or attempt unauthorised access to our infrastructure;
  • use the service in a way that impairs it for other customers or exposes us to legal liability.

7. Your responsibility for local law

Laws on television reception, copyright and content licensing differ between countries and change over time. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service is lawful where you live and where you actually watch. Nothing on this website is legal advice or a representation that a given channel or event may lawfully be viewed in your jurisdiction. If in doubt, take independent legal advice before subscribing.

8. Service availability

We operate to a target availability of 99.9% measured across our infrastructure over a calendar month. This is an operational target, not a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free service, and access also depends on your connection, your ISP’s routing, your device, your player application and upstream sources.

Planned maintenance is carried out where possible outside peak viewing hours, with significant windows announced in advance through the customer portal; emergency maintenance may be performed without notice. We are not liable for interruption caused by events outside our reasonable control, including network failures, denial-of-service attacks, power outages, acts of public authorities or other force majeure. Channel line-ups may change without notice and no individual channel, programme or event is guaranteed.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account with immediate effect and without refund if you materially breach these terms — in particular by sharing or reselling credentials, exceeding connection limits, redistributing or publicly exhibiting streams, or using the service unlawfully. We may also suspend an account where a payment is reversed or a chargeback raised without first contacting support.

Where a breach is minor and capable of being put right, we will normally warn you and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it. You may stop using the service at any time; because plans are paid in advance and do not renew, no cancellation step is required, and stopping early does not create an entitlement to a refund except as set out in the Refund Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.

Subject to that, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this agreement, whether in contract, tort, statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to the amount you actually paid for the subscription period in which the event giving rise to the claim occurred. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, or for loss arising from your inability to view a particular channel or event.

11. Intellectual property

The Flash IPTV Nordic name, logo, site design and editorial articles belong to [[COMPANY_NAME]] or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission. All third-party channel brands, league names and trademarks remain the property of their owners.

12. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms to reflect changes in our service, our pricing or the applicable law. The revised version is published here with an updated revision date, and where a change materially affects active subscribers we will give reasonable advance notice by email or through the customer portal. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance; if you do not accept it you may stop using the service and request a pro-rata settlement of the unused part of your term.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by the law of the European Union member state in which [[COMPANY_NAME]] is registered, namely [[COMPANY_COUNTRY]], without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the customer is resident. If you are a consumer you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence and retain the benefit of any mandatory protection that its law affords you.

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects its commercial intention.

14. Contact

Support is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by live chat and by email at support@flashiptvnordic.com. Formal notices may be sent to [[COMPANY_NAME]], [[COMPANY_ADDRESS]], [[COMPANY_COUNTRY]].
